Quickstart 3.6 comes to Arizona Sites on October 28, bringing more of the university’s new brand guidelines to campus websites. Updated breadcrumb styles carry another detail of the Arizona.edu redesign into your pages, helping create a more cohesive university experience.

Familiar Navigation with a New Look

Breadcrumbs show where a page sits within your website and provide links back to broader sections. Their appearance is changing, with larger text and a red forward slash replacing the greater-than symbol between links.

This is a visual refresh of the navigation your site already provides. Your breadcrumb links and their destinations remain the same.

Part of a Connected Experience

Alongside refreshed typography and button styles, the updated breadcrumbs bring a consistent visual treatment to familiar elements across Arizona Sites. These shared details help connect campus websites to the university while leaving room for each department or unit to tell its own story.

The Arizona.edu redesign provides the reference for this treatment. Explore its interior pages to see the breadcrumb styling in context.

What You Need to Do

The new styles apply automatically with Quickstart 3.6. No content changes or settings adjustments are required.
