Using Buttons

Displaying links as buttons on your page is a creative way to direct your visitors to content on your website or on another site.

How to Display a Link as a Button

1. Create a page or edit an existing page.
2. Select the Edit Tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and insert any content that has the Editor Toolbar, if you do not already have a place to insert text.
4. Highlight the text that you would like linked and select the Link icon from the Editor Toolbar. 
   • For external links enter the full URL 
   • For internal links copy the portion of the URL path that comes AFTER the .io or .edu portion including the / of the page you would like this text to link to.

5. With the linked text highlighted, select the Styles drop down area from the Editor Toolbar and choose which Button Style you would like. Refer to the sample buttons below for what the Styles look like.
6. Save.
