Trellis Events Import

Quickstart can import events that were created on Trellis into your website to display on your calendar and event views.

Enable the Quickstart Event - Trellis Event Importer Module

Site Administrators can:

  1. Go to Extend from the top toolbar.
  2. Search for the Quickstart Event - Trellis Event Importer module.
  3. Check the box next to the Quickstart Event - Trellis Event Importer module.
  4. Click Install at the bottom of the page to enable the module.

Note: The Quickstart Event - Trellis Event Importer module is experimental.

Import events from Trellis

  1. Navigate to Content > Trellis event importer
  2. Search for the Trellis event’s Event ID 
  3. Select the event from the search results and click Import

Note that events imported from Trellis will not be editable within your website. However, you may still apply your custom taxonomy terms to these events. 

Import via Enterprise Attributes

In order to import Trellis Events based on Enterprise Attributes, you will need to enable the "Quickstart Enterprise Attributes Import" module on your website.

  1. Manage Extend and install Quickstart Enterprise Attributes Import
  2. Import the Trellis Events with desired attributes.

Note

Trellis Event Organizers must ensure that Events intended to be imported are Published, have a status of active on the Basic Info tab, and are set to "Broadcast to all Platforms" on the Promotion tab. If an event is imported without the proper settings, it will not display consistently on the webpage.
