Content Administrators own the content!
As a content administrator you have total control over the structure and layout of your website.
Edit Content
Content Administrators privileges include those granted to Content Editors, but add higher level privileges that relate to site structure, blocks, taxonomy, redirects and more.
Manage Menus and Site Architecture
Menus are key to how a site is structured, and guide a user through your site to find the information they need.
Manage Placement of Content Blocks
When you are reusing content in multiple places throughout your site, blocks allow you to manage that content in one place. Blocks can include text, images, buttons, links and more.
Manage Taxonomy Vocabularies
Taxonomy helps you group your Pages, Person, Events and News for grouping later. A common use of taxonomy is grouping your personnel to display by department or unit.
Manage Redirects
Adding redirects can be a great tool for getting people to the right place on your website while redirecting traffic from pages that are no longer in use.
Sign up for training
Live Arizona Sites training is available to any Content Administrators at the University of Arizona that would like to know more about how to use the tools available to better tell their departments stories and make their desired actions easier for their audiences.
